Daisy Froio, the artist and dream maker behind Designs by Daisy Events. She first started this journey as a fun hobby, and as she grew, so did her excitement and visions. During the time she planned her very own wedding, her devotion to details and gift for planning became a mindful and moving experience, as did her desire to share this with other couples. Getting noticed the last few years for her creative eye and attention to detail has resulted in a successful wedding and special event planning business which started in 2019.
 
Many people gravitate towards Daisy’s personality and rely on her to create unforgettable memories. Her creative work has been featured as inspiration in wedding blogs as Style Me Pretty, Pennsylvania Weddings and more. When Daisy isn’t planning weddings or events with her incredible team, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Nick, their son Nicholas and daughter Hailee. During the summer days you will find Daisy and her family enjoying the salty air at the Jersey Shore or during the off season traveling somewhere fun. They also cherish hosting their family and friends often at their home.

OWNER, Principal Planner & Designer

In March 2021, Alexis "Lex" Brown started working side by side with Daisy. Lex first started as an assistant and is now a full-time senior planner within the company. Over the years, Lex and Daisy have become the perfect combination of creativity and efficiency. Lex is very involved in running the day-to-day tasks of DBD, especially behind the scenes and through social media. Lex, is very hands on and a natural organizer, who loves a good checklist and spreadsheet.
 
She also has a passion for health & fitness, and has been an F45 trainer for over 5 years. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her at the beach, spending time with her lab, Frankie or on a pickleball court. She played soccer at West Chester University, fell in love with the town and its charm and has been there ever since. She highly recommends Dia Doce, which is another place you might find her with the best cupcakes in town!

Meet LEX

senior planner & Operations manager

Caitlin Gleason has been with the Designs by Daisy Events team since August of 2023 and has loved learning and getting more involved in the wedding and event planning industry. She helps Daisy with the behind-the-scenes production and strategic planning. You can find her onsite during wedding days to help manage the day and execute all aspects of the event from start to finish.
 
Caitlin moved to the West Chester Borough with her husband and 2 boys in the summer of 2023, and has enjoyed exploring everything that the beautiful town has to offer. When she’s not working or taking care of her kids, you can find her hidden behind a good book, walking her Australian Shepherd through town, or in the kitchen attempting to bake sourdough bread!

Senior Planner

Sarah Manion started as the Brand Director & Coordinator for Designs by Daisy Events in November of 2024, where she has led our marketing initiatives, manages vendor relationships, promotes the DBD Brand and supports coordination on wedding and event days. Sarah has a passion for combining style and design with organization and storytelling to help bring each event—and the brand itself—to life!

In her time off, Sarah and her fiancé have been working hard to renovate their fixer-upper, just outside the borough of West Chester, where they love hosting friends and family. Sarah loves experimenting with new recipes (especially baking), going into town for coffee on Fridays, and taking care of her eight chickens and dog, Maggie. She’s always up for a new adventure whether it's exploring a new city or getting her hands dirty in a home project!

Brand Director & Coordinator

Isabella “Bella” Cipriano joined the Designs by Daisy Events team in March 2025, bringing experience from a boutique wedding company based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She quickly developed a passion for event design and the behind-the-scenes magic that brings weddings to life. On event day, Bella is often found by the bride’s side ensuring every detail is perfectly placed while capturing candid, behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the heart of the celebration.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing and supply chain management at Immaculata University, Bella balances her studies with the love of fitness and live music. When she’s not in the classroom or working weddings, you’ll likely find her at the gym or enjoying a country concert. She also cherishes quality time with her young nephew and enjoys exploring new experiences in her free time.

Associate Planner

Since 2018, Morgan has been transforming spaces and bringing event visions to life through intentional, artful floral design that feels both elevated and deeply personal. Floral design isn’t just her craft, it's her creative language. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed to compliment the overall aesthetic and atmosphere our team creates for every celebration. From lush centerpieces and large-scale installations to delicate accent details, Morgan’s goal is to make every event feel cohesive, refined, and unforgettable.

You’ll often find her flowering on-site at our events, fully immersed in the color palette and creative direction that define each unique design. Collaborating with the Designs by Daisy Events team allows her to blend florals seamlessly into every element of the event experience, ensuring each celebration feels beautifully intentional from start to finish.
